It Started With Ludwig.

I was born and raised in Amsterdam, but my curiosity has always taken me further.

After living in Barcelona and Berlin, travelling extensively and spending more than 20 years exploring the world of raves, clubs and bars across cities including Amsterdam, Berlin, Barcelona and Ibiza, I discovered something that shaped the way I travel: the best experiences happen when you get beyond the obvious.

It’s knowing where to go, understanding the local atmosphere, meeting the right people and being open to whatever happens next.

I’ve always been drawn to experiences that bring people together. I love the energy of a great crowd, the excitement of discovering somewhere new and that moment when strangers start feeling like friends. And I wanted to share that feeling with the world.

From Amsterdam to the World.

Ludwig’s Original Tours grew from that passion into something bigger: a collection of experiences across the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and the Dutch Caribbean.
